Returns
You may return an unopened kit within 7 days of delivery. Components must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 48 hours at contact@robonicsindia.com with a photo. We will replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
Custom 3D printed items cannot be returned once printed.
